Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Nature of Cheers

A "Cheer" is a voluntary financial gift/tip intended to support a Creator's work. By completing a transaction, the Supporter acknowledges that:

  • The payment is a non-refundable donation.
  • There is no tangible good or service expected in return, unless explicitly stated as an "Extra" by the Creator.

3.2 Technical Errors & Duplicate Charges

In the event of a technical malfunction (e.g., a user is charged twice for a single Cheer due to a gateway lag), the user must:

  1. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours.
  2. Provide the IPG Transaction ID.
  3. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times in Sri Lanka typically take 7–14 business days.

3.3 Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a violation of our Terms. If a Supporter initiates a chargeback without contacting CheerMe support first, their account/email will be permanently blacklisted from the Platform.
